The newest healthy snack or meal that has gotten people creating different versions is avocado toast. It’s seen more as the perfect brunch meal depending on what you choose to put on it, because you can put breakfast type foods or make it the perfect lunch, or limit the toppings to have a light snack.
At a small cafe in New York they decided to add shrimp, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and corn to create a salsa type taste on their avocado toast. But, when I went to a different restaurant I saw on their menu a variety of different versions one with eggs, and then another that featured strawberries. I decided to try out the strawberry one at home and added sliced strawberries, feta cheese, and drizzling vinaigrette on top of my avocado toast.
With so many variations there’s bound to be one for everyone to try and enjoy.
